FAQs

What do custom cakes start at? $$$

Custom cake pricing depends on size/servings and design detail. Fill out our form, share your guest count & inspo and we’ll send a quote. The form can be found on our 'Custom Cakes' page.

How much notice do you need?

For online orders, we require a minimum of 5 days notice. For custom orders, we require a minimum of 7 days notice. The more notice the better! In some circumstances, we may be able to squeeze you in. If you are looking for a rush order, please send us an email at hello@thecakepharmacy.com.

Where are you located? Do you offer delivery?

We are based in Abbotsford, BC. Pick up is located at Paz Fuels (27988 Fraser Hwy). Delivery is available for custom orders only, for an added fee. Surrey pick up is also available upon request and our availability - please inquire before placing an order.

How do payments work?

Online orders are paid at checkout in full - this secures your order and spot. Custom cakes are paid in two halves. A 50% deposit is required first to secure your spot. The remaining 50% is due the day of pick up.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes—custom orders are confirmed once the deposit/payment is received.

Are your desserts nut-free/allergy friendly?

For the most part - yes. Although, we are not a nut-free facility. While we note allergies, and try our hardest to avoid cross contamination, we can’t guarantee it. Please message us before ordering if you have a severe allergy. Also, at this time, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan options.

Do you offer dessert tables?
