Custom Orders
If you don't find your dream cake in our cake catalog, feel free to fill out our cake inquiry form, or send us an email at thecakepharmacy@gmail.com. In your email inquiry, please include:
- The date and time you need to pick up your order
- How many servings/quantity you need
- Colour theme
- Inspiration Photos
- Any other extra information that would help us create the perfect treats for your event
If you are ordering a custom treat from TCP, it will be 100% unique. We do not copy another baker’s design. Instead, we will take your photos as inspiration to help us design a custom treat that is perfect for you and your event.
We have our own signature style that we add to our treats. If you are looking to place an order with us, you must trust us with our creativity and ideas.
All custom orders must be confirmed with a 50% deposit. Orders are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. It is important to send your deposit as soon as possible to ensure the date you are looking for is reserved for you. Simply asking about a date and saying you would like to go ahead with your order does not confirm your order. Orders are only confirmed when a deposit has been received.

Prices are non negotiable.
Full payment is due upfront. Details are provided before pick up.
Photos of your order will not be sent before pick up.
Please be patient with responses. Allow up to 48 hours.
Pick up is at Paz Fuels ( 27988 Fraser Hwy, Abbotsford).
Delivery is available for custom orders only. There is an additional fee.
Our Products
Your treats may not look exactly the same as the photo you see on our website. Although they are our designs, it is normal for there to be some differences with each treat we bake.
Getting colours to be an exact shade is also difficult. Please be specific when describing the colour you are looking for, and we will do our best to match.
DISCLAIMER: If you are looking for a cake with a vibrant or deep colour, like black, red, blue, etc., we use quite a lot of food colouring to acheive the colour. Since we use so much dye, the taste and texture may be altered. They can also stain teeth and mouths.
Ordering Timelines
For any orders placed on our website, we need a minimum of 5 days notice. You can book up to 60 days in advance.
For all custom orders, we require a minimum of 7 days notice. If no deposit is received before 7 days of the requested pick up date, the order will be considered late.
If you are looking to place a late order for one of our catalog cakes, or cupcakes/cookies, there will be an added $15 late fee.
If you are looking to place a late order for a custom cake, there will be an added $20 late fee.
Pick Up
All orders are to be picked up at the date and time you have selected. If you have become unavailable for your requested pick up date, please send us an email at thecakepharmacy@gmai.com to discuss options.
What happens if I don't show up for the scheduled pick up time & haven't contacted us?
You have a 15 minute window to arrive at Paz Fuels to pick up your goodies.
If you do not arrive in those 15 minutes, you are able to schedule another pick up time later in the day, pending our availability.
If we do not hear from you within the 15 minute window, you will have 2 hours from the pick up time to schedule a new time. If we still do not hear from you, your order will be cancelled without a refund.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Given the perishable nature of cakes and other treats, we cannot ensure the preservation of their quality once they leave our premises. Therefore, we do not accept any returns.
However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with your treats, or it does not match your expectations, please send us an email at thecakepharmacy@gmail.com within 3 days of the date you picked up your order. Make sure your email includes your order number, photos of the product (including packaging), and a thorough description of the issue, along with information on how the product was transported and stored. We are committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring your satisfaction with your experience at The Cake Pharmacy, and depending on the circumstances, we may offer a credit for a re-order.
Cancellations
If you are looking to cancel your order, please send us an email at thecakepharmacy@gmail.com.
If your cancellation request is submitted more than 7 days from your scheduled pick up date, and we have not begun to prepare your order, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
If your cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of your scheduled pick up, and we have begun to prepare your order, you will receive a refund of 50% of your order.
If your cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of your scheduled pick up, and we have not begun to prepare your order, you will receive a TCP gift card for a future order.
Changes to your treats
Should you realize an omission or wish to make alterations such as color changes or additional messages to your cake, you may submit a request for modifications up to 5 days prior to the scheduled pick-up time. However, any alterations requested after this deadline will incur an additional fee ranging from $10 to $20, contingent upon the extent of preparation completed for your order.
Specific policies regarding custom cakes are detailed in the contract sent out to clients.
Liability and Disclaimers
The Cake Pharmacy shall not be liable for any damages or injuries that occur after delivery/pick up or due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, transportation issues and improper storage by the Client.
